Can Empathy Training Prevent Crime?

چکیده
Base on biosocial theories, this study discusses the possibility that with neurobiological perspective, offenders could change their criminal behavior by empathy training. This divides to four main parts and each part reviews previous studies according topic. The topics are 1) specific areas of brain relates aggressive violent behavior; 2) is due impairment empathy; 3) training function; 4) new findings relationship between functioning intervention programs in criminology. Thus, crime→dysfunction brain→lacks empathy→empathy training→changes functioning→changes behavior.
